Systems, has acquired substantially all of the assets
of UniTrac Systems, a specialty firm with deep roots
in the supply of Overhead Contact Equipment and switch
machines for electrified transit systems.

NC, Inc., the leading supplier of traction power systems,
has acquired the OB (former Ohio Brass) Overhead Transit
Line from Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation
(formerly WABCO).

power systems, has acquired the EMC Operating Unit
of Ansaldo Transmissione e Distribuzione S.r.l. a
Company of Finmeccanica group.

IMPulse
NC, Inc., the leading North American supplier of traction
power systems, has acquired the assets of the Traction
Rectifier Business of ABB Automation, Inc. of New
Berlin, Wisconsin. The business consists of Diode
and Thyristor rectifiers and specialty relays for
traction applications.

IMPulse
NC, Inc., the leading North American supplier of traction
power systems, has obtained its first traction electrification
systems contract in the State of North Carolina.

14, 2001
IMPulse
NC, Inc., the leading North American supplier of traction
power systems, has begun a $1.25 million dollar expansion
to its main manufacturing facility. The project, which
started in December 2001, is expected to be complete
within six months.

August 28, 2007
Effective August 28, 2007, IMPulse NC, Inc. has sold its traction power substation (TPS) systems business to Reuel, Inc.
Please note that this transaction does not affect in any way IMPulse's other business operations consisting of the Overhead Electrification Group (OEG) product line, the battery substation (BASS), or the EMC Traction high speed DC circuit breaker line which are the key components and focus for IMPulse NC.
