One key Mission Critical for IMPulse NC this year is to Reestablish Customer Relations. A major step toward achieving this goal is the establishment of a Customer Service Department. We have full-time inside Customer Service Advocates that are standing by to assist with any Customer issue.

Another important part of the Customer Service Department is the Field Service group that provides on-site technical support to facilitate start-up of new projects and servicing existing projects. With our Field Service Engineers, IMPulse NC will be able to offer affordable and dependable service for our Transit Customers that may be postponing preventative maintenance due to budget restraints.

The final area of Customer Service, but certainly not the least important, is our on-site field training service. Our Power System Specialist currently provides all Substation Training courses as part of the IMPulse NC Substation Equipment package. However, as with preventative maintenance, IMPulse NC is also looking to expand this service to provide recurrent training and specialty training for both transit agencies and contractors.
